Anyone who joins the first year would have automatic right of renewal for the second year. Both first and second year would be set at $1500 per year. Aanyone initially joining would have the right to continue on as long as they follow the hunting guidelines that we have set. Most of our members that live outside our area in order to cut down on hunting pressure.. Tags are had fairly easily in this county, especially after the first draw. This club is going to be a high end club, with as few members as necessary to pay the Hunt Club bills. To insure quality deer hunting for all the members, I suspect we'll have no more than 10 hunting at a time, and most of the time less than that, based on the different seasons and the draw tags. I have seen this lease and with it's topographical setting, we could fit these plus more hunters easily. But we want to keep the member slots at a minimum in order to properly manage this property to its maximum potential Price per year per member, will be $1,500.00 for full hunting rights each year.
